1. Order Cancellation

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Return and Refund Eligibility
No Returns or Refunds: As each product is exclusively designed, we do not offer returns or refunds unless:
The product was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong product.

Kindly include photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging for assessment.

The customer is responsible for securely repacking the item to prevent further damage during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

6. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
